Standard Courier Service

The courier will reach you three to six working days after we have stocks for your lenses, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. We will email you the tracking details immediately after shipping your lenses. For your convenience, the indicated shipping address can be your workplace or residential address, preferably your workplace address as the courier company works from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Please ensure that there is someone to receive the parcel at the indicated shipping address on the day of delivery.There will be a charge of $8 for a 3rd re-schedule fee.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your payment is authorized and verified,you will receive your order within 3-5 working days for in-stock contact lenses. Otherwise, it would be 5-10 working days and we will inform you if more time is needed. Please note that delivery timeframes quoted do not include any delays experienced with customs clearance at the border or local carriers.You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number.

Order in advance

Please order in advance to avoid disappointment. As our lenses are a great value, many customers tend to buy in bulk and so we might run out of that particular degree.
