Shipping Costs

• Within Singapore: A fixed flat rate fee of S$5.00, regardless of the order size.
• Within Singapore: FREE SHIPPING with orders over S$80.00.
• International Shipping: The shipping rate is determined according to the actual weight or the volumetric weight and country. Costs vary depending on the customer’s location and additional fees for remote or rural areas.

Standard Courier Service

The courier will reach you within four (4) to seven (7) working days after we have stocks for your lenses, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. We will email you the tracking details immediately after shipping your lenses. For your convenience, the indicated shipping address can be your workplace or residential address, preferably your workplace address, as the courier company works from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Please ensure that there is someone to receive the parcel at the indicated shipping address on the day of delivery. There will be a charge of $8 for a 3rd re-schedule fee.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your payment has been authorized and verified, you can expect to receive your order within four (4) to seven (7) working days for in-stock contact lenses. For items not in stock, delivery will take up to seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days, and we will notify you if additional time is required. Please be aware that the stated delivery timeframes do not account for potential delays due to customs clearance or local carrier issues.

Customs & Duties (for International Shipping)

When placing an order, it is your responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. For orders shipped outside of Singapore, please note that import taxes, customs duties, and other fees may apply as determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be due once the shipment arrives in the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; PopularLens has no control over these charges, nor can PopularLens predict what they may be.

Packaging Information

To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, all products are carefully packaged using eco-friendly materials. Each item is securely wrapped in bubble wrap to cushion it against impacts and prevent any damage.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Order in advance

To avoid any disappointment, we recommend placing your order in advance. Our lenses are highly valued by customers, many of whom purchase in bulk, which can sometimes lead to stock shortages for specific lens powers.
